Payment terms and cancellation policy |

All sponsorship including exhibition stand sales will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Total cost will be invoiced upon receipt of the signed contract.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellation before 20th of July 2011 10% of total cost
Cancellation between 20th of July and 19th of October 2011 50% of total cost
Cancellation after 9th of October 100% of total cost |
