Exhibitor Information for the Mining Business and Investment
East Africa 2011
1.
The average size of Exhibition booth is 2M x 2M
2.
Total number of booths for this year is twenty-five(25).
3.
Booths will be charged at US$ 3000.00 per booth for the two(2) days of the conference.

Booths will be sealed with aluminium boards on three (3) sides and will be open on the other (front).
5.
Exhibitors are welcome to hire one or more booths, but if the demand will be higher than the available booths, then the organising committee will cooperate to have maximum of two (2) booths only.
6.
Booths will be fitted with: Sockets for power supply; Lighting, a table and two (2) chairs.
7.
Exhibitors will be required to submit their signage at least one (1) week prior to the opening of the conference.
8.
Exhibiting companies will have free entry to the conference for one (1) of their representatives as a bonus for supporting the Mining Business and Investment East Africa 2011.
9.
The booth comes with one free conference pass, a second delegate pays for full delegate pass, the third and thereafter half of the delegate pass. * The Conference Secretariat reserves the rights to accept or reject any exhibition proposal.
